Join our Curator of Education, Debbie Harper, during A Day in Old New Castle to learn about the 1824 fire in Old New Castle and its effects on the development of the Read House & Gardens.

The brief walk and talk will be held throughout the day at 11:00, 1:00, and 3:00 with time for questions at the end.

The talk will convene at the edge of the Water Lot across from the Read House and will move to the parterre garden next to the house.
