: The Delaware Historical Society Research Library will be closed through March 1, 2019 for maintenance and special projects. While staff are unable to accept online research requests during this period, researchers can access our online catalog,
AskCaesar. For your convenience, the library will remain open at the following times:

Love is in the air and with it, the scents of wine and chocolate! Come celebrate Valentine’s Day with the Delaware Historical Society for a wine and chocolate tasting as we share stories of love and love-gone-wrong throughout Delaware history. From love letters dripping with affection to news articles of a murderess and her box of poisoned chocolates it will be a night of wine, sweets, and scandal.
