Directions and Parking

The Delaware Historical Society's Wilmington campus comprises the majority of the 500 block of North Market Street in downtown Wilmington (19801) and includes the Delaware History Museum, Jane and Littleton Mitchell Center for African American Heritage, Old Town Hall, Research Library, and Willingtown Square.

Please note: there are two (2) meters designated for handicapped parking on each side of Market Street between 5th and 6th Streets.

The Society's Wilmington campus is just a few blocks from the Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park, the First USA Riverfront Arts Center, and the Wilmington train station. (click here for specific driving instructions to our downtown campus/sites)
